Ready to take an active role as a passionate Head of Key Accounts adidas Underware & New Business Development and help shape the future of our heritage brand? Would you like to manage key sportswear accounts in Northern Europe & help shape the growth strategy for sales across Europe? As part of the Delta Galil Group, we continuously evolve and are currently seeking an experienced sale colleague to join us as soon as possible:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically manage & ensure expansion of our adidas Underwear license sector
- Operationally manage & expand national & international key accounts in the sports retail sector
- Acquire new retail partners
- Oversee sales & budget targets
- Implement our European sales strategy
- Develop product range strategies for customers - including forecasts
- Conduct annual business reviews & negotiate prices & terms
- Sell-in of global collections, manage assortments & execute marketing & in-store initiatives
- Carry out market analyses, regular visits & feedback sessions
YOU BRING
- Several years of experience in international sales or key account management
- Strong network within national & international sports retail
- Excellent communication skills including broad stakeholder & networking management
- Intercultural competences & team spirit
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative & confident negotiation skills
- High willingness to travel as well as flexibility & mobility
